  • Detailed Business and Director Asset Registers
  • Company Share Certificates
  • ID / Passport Copies of All Directors
  • Proof of Residence of All Directors
  • 6 Month’s Business Bank Statements
  • Latest Annual Financial Statements
  • Management Accounts: Not Older Than 3 Months or Profit & Loss Statement
  • Tax Clearance Certificate / SARS VAT Certificate
  • Proof of Bank Account Confirmation Letter
  • Lease Agreement for the Business
  • Full Description for Usage of the loan
  • Detailed Gross Operating Margain

Please note that by submitting this form you agree to a credit check on the company and all of the respective directors, and that you are aware than this is a loan facility with an interest from 4% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated daily and compounded monthly. The fees applicable are R12 500.00 ex VAT for initiation which can be deducted from the loan upon payment to your business account. The monthly service fee of R3500.00 ex VAT is payable monthly.
